Local Projects

ZimUzo is strategic, pragmatic, and globally aware. Our projects target addressing specific needs locally through pragmatic education, providing practical education to people in the United States who are either entering the job market for the first time or out of work and seeking re-entry into the job market with skills to embark on new professions in IT through hands-on training, internship, mentoring, certitification, interview prep, and job hunting. Here are some of our past and current local initiatives:

•Providing practical cultural training to new immigrants —basic financial skills to establish good credit history, education on local laws and ordinances, education on how to respond to traffic citations, education on how to avoid scam, education on identity theft, language learning, etc.

•Partnering with MidPoint Technology Incorporated to provide hands-on IT training, internship, mentoring, certitification, interview prep, and job hunting to people entering the job market for the first time and those who are out of work and seeking re-entry into the job market.
