Our policy complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory policies. We will never share your personally identifiable information (PII) that we may collect with anyone, and we will never use it for any other purpose. We do not collect and store your credit card or bank card information (PCI). Your donations via credit card and bank card are processed by our payment gateway (PayPal), which has one of the highest cybersecurity best practices and certifications in the industry.

Your Choices about Communication from ZimUzo

We offer choices about the types of information you receive from us. If you prefer not to receive email updates from ZimUzo or receive them less frequently, please contact us at support@zimuzo1.org. You can also unsubscribe from our email updates using the link provided in each edition of the email.

If you do not wish to receive other communications from us such as surveys, please contact us at support@zimuzo1.org. If, due to human error, you continue to receive unwanted communications, please contact us again via the email address provided previously or complete a Contact Us form at the bottom of the homepage, and we will make every effort to correct the situation.

Cookies and Pixel Tags

When you make a donation, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we will use your email address to send you comfirmation emails for your records, respond to a request, or provide customer service. For example, after you subscribe to updates on ZimUzo.org or submit a request using the Contact Us form or make a donation, you will receive an email confirmation.

We provide instructions on how to unsubscribe in each email and within the My Account section of ZimUzo.org, if you have created an account.

Updating or Reviewing Your Information

To update your information (name, address, telephone number and email address), please contact us at support@zimuzo1.org. A limited amount of donation information may also be available to you, such as donation amount and date. To protect your privacy, we will need to validate your identity before you update or review your information.
